Specially when it either covers or replaces windows.

Im dying to try these gorgeous laser cut wood panels but I really need a good carpenter ( and a healthy bank balance. So, yeah).  Check this out, u slide them on to the plain wall and they become instant wall art !

Today I want to put together rooms with the most loved colour combinations. Be it on the walls, window treatments or accessories These are a few of my favourite combos

The wall colour is 'Durability' by Pratt and Lambert. I have a similar colour on my living room walls and its called ' Swan's down' and I think its by Nippon.

Here, shades of off whites, greys and browns look stunning together. Bejewelled mirror and lampshade add just the right amount of glamour.

Once again, base palette of creams and off whites with black and white accents. Black floors clinch the look while hints of burgundy add richness to the whole setup. Yumm!

I have been seeing a lot of these lately- black, white and yellow palettes.Textured upholstery and patterned window treatments are wow! Wall colour is somewhat similar to Valspar's 'Withered Moss'. Wall art is basically painted twigs- sold under accesories as 'Naples bowl' at Z galleries.

My favourite black, pastel turqoise and beige combo. So ethereal! Beatiful taupe and white kitchen cabinets- unusual but sleek.

There is something very classic about black and white. You can play it anyway you like. Leave it as it is or add a pop of contrast. It can be modern, quirky, eclectic all with just a touch of clour.

Lovely outdoors

I absolutely love to surround myself with nature. Plants and plant products ofcourse top the list. With the problem of space limitation, many of us cant afford a huge landscaped garden. But that shouldnt deter us from making a lush green corner in our tiny apartment balconies. Im unable to upload pics of my balcony now but I will definitely put them up as soon as I can.

What beautiful landscaping! The large pots carry dwarf red leaved ornamental banana plants. But I guess u could use dark Canna as well. Bamboo foliage always brings in the oriental touch.
